North Kipper was purchased in June 2024, adjoining our South Kipper property directly to the North. North Kipper is a 260ha (640 acres) cattle grazing property.

The property provides excellent connectivity to existing EPBC Approved offset areas on our South Kipper property, along with surrounding intact remnant vegetation. This property is also suited to Environmental Offsets under the Federal Government EPBC Act.
